Our Philosphy
We specialize in helping dogs—and their people—build better habits, stronger bonds, and calmer lives.
Whether you’re starting fresh with a new puppy or trying to rein in a dog who’s “gotten away with it” for too long, we’re here to guide you through it. If you're raising a puppy, you've got a clean slate—and we’ll help you start strong with structure, confidence, and clear communication from day one. And if your dog is already showing behaviors that feel overwhelming or frustrating, we’ll help you reset and rebuild with a thoughtful, realistic plan.
Our training approach focuses first on the dog’s nervous system, helping them feel safe, calm, and more emotionally balanced. From there, we teach you how to lead—because real success comes when the owner understands how to support the training in daily life. We don’t disappear. We coach you every step of the way so your dog’s progress sticks and actually works for your home, family, and lifestyle.
We train at your home and at our private farm, where dogs can focus, learn, and grow confident.
Our training supports both ends of the leash.
Because calm, confident dogs start with calm, confident humans.
Services

Private In-Home Training
$125 per session (1 to 1.5 hours)
Travel fee may apply depending on location.
Package rates available
We come to you—because the best place to work on behavior is where it actually happens. In-home sessions are tailored to your dog, your lifestyle, and your specific goals. Whether it’s leash pulling, jumping, barking, or just needing more structure at home, we’ll guide you through calm, clear communication your dog actually understands.
This isn’t about commands—it’s about leadership. We’ll help you shift your daily routine, build better habits, and create a more respectful, relaxed home environment. You’ll learn how to stop repeating yourself, set boundaries without frustration, and become someone your dog truly follows.
Day Training at the Farm
$150 per day
Think of it as a mini Board & Train. You drop your dog off in the morning, and throughout the day we work on key foundational skills through focused one-on-one training sessions. That includes place work, leash skills, crate confidence, recall, and general manners—everything your dog needs to be calmer and more responsive at home.
When appropriate, your dog may also get structured social time with our well-balanced pack. They’ll experience new sights, smells, and real-life distractions on our private farm, all in a calm, controlled environment designed to help them grow.
Day training is ideal for dogs who need a reset or extra help in areas you're already working on at home.

Confidence Camp
board & train
$1,400 per week
2-week minimum stay required
Includes a follow-up session after your dog returns home
This is our most exclusive and comprehensive training option. Your dog lives with us on our private farm and trains daily in a calm, structured environment designed to help them reset, focus, and thrive. With only one dog accepted at a time, your pup receives one-on-one attention and personalized training based on their specific needs.
During their stay, we work on leash manners, crate confidence, recall, place, thresholds, and general obedience—plus real-life problem-solving. Off leash training with an E-Collar is also included if you'ed like.
Your dog train both on our quiet farm and out in public spaces to ensure the behavior transfers to everyday life.
When your dog returns home, we don’t just hand them off. We schedule a full handover session to walk you through everything they’ve learned, how to maintain it, and how to step confidently into leadership at home. A follow-up session is also included, so we can support you as your dog transitions back into your daily routine.
This is a private, highly tailored experience designed to create long-term change—for your dog and for you.
Off-Leash E-Collar Training
$950 – 5-session package
Includes Mini-Educator ET-300 system by E-Collar Technologies
This program is designed to give your dog off-leash freedom—and give you total peace of mind. Over five sessions, we teach your dog the language of the e-collar, helping them build reliable recall, calm responsiveness, and trust at a distance.
3 sessions are structured drop-offs at the farm where we condition and train your dog with one-on-one focus. 2 sessions are hands-on with you, the owner, so you learn exactly how to use the e-collar correctly, clearly, and confidently.
This is not a “push a button and hope” approach. It’s about clarity, timing, and communication—so your dog understands what’s being asked and feels supported every step of the way.
Prerequisites:
This package is for existing training clients only. Dogs must already be crate trained and have a solid foundation in basic obedience, including sit, down, stay, and structured leash walking.

Client Reviews
Our clients see real change—and so do their dogs.
From calmer walks to stronger bonds, our training approach speaks for itself. Here’s what dog owners are saying about their experience with us and the transformation they’ve seen in their pups.

We can't say enough about our experience with Unleashed Potential, from our experience with home-based training for our family, the Board and Train package, boarding opportunities, and ongoing weekly Pack Days for our pup. Wes and Jen are always providing tips for us on how to ensure our dog is safe and happy, and how our family can carry over all that she has learned during her times with them. With her training, she is fun and easy to walk now, and we understand best ways to socialize her with other dogs. The daily videos they post keep us in the loop with how things are going when we are away. We are so happy we found Wes and Jen and Unleashed Potential!

Pearl absolutely loves her time with both Wes and Jen, whether it's for a day or overnight! She gets so excited whenever we tell her she's going to see her "friends." It's clear she has a blast, because she always comes home tired and sleeps soundly the next day. Socializing with all the other dogs.......is a key feature that makes Pearl so very happy.
We were especially grateful to Wes and Jen when Pearl had to have her eye removed. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and caring hands while we were away during her recovery. Wes and Jen provided the same level of care we would have given her ourselves.
Neil and I whole heartedly recommend Wes and Jen as care-givers for beloved dogs.
It's a pleasure working with them. Pearl adores them both!

Jen and Wes have played a huge role in our family and we are so grateful! Our oldest Havenese wasn’t thrilled when a new puppy (also Havenese) joined our family. It made for a stressful time in our house because our oldest pup was displaying negative behaviors we hadn’t seen before. Wes and Jen were recommended to us and they are wonderful! They were passionate and committed in making sure our family understood what our dogs needed - and what we (the humans!) needed to be doing. Both of our dogs did a board and train (aka confidence camp) with them and now they go a couple days each week to Jen and Wes. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!
